1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains the rules for refunds, cancellations, and (where applicable) your statutory right of withdrawal for purchases made on https://astrooly.com (the “Service”), operated by Yarify s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This policy forms part of our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.
2. Important notice: digital content and services
Astrooly provides digital content (e.g., astrology reports, natal charts, and interpretations) and digital services (e.g., account access, subscriptions). Digital products are generally considered “delivered” once access is granted in your account and/or the content is generated, unlocked, or made available to you.
3. General rule (non-refundability after delivery)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, payments for digital content are non-refundable once delivery has started (for example, once a purchased report is generated, unlocked, downloaded, emailed, or otherwise made available in your account).
This rule exists because digital content cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods.
4. EU/EEA/UK consumer right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
4.1 Digital content exception (loss of withdrawal right)
Under EU consumer rules, the right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium may be lost once performance has begun, if:
- you have given prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period, and
- you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Where required, we obtain this consent and acknowledgment during checkout (or prior to delivery). If you provide such consent and delivery begins, you will not be eligible for a refund solely due to withdrawal.
4.2 If delivery has not started
If you exercise your withdrawal right within 14 days and delivery/performance has not started, we will refund the payment using the same method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
5. Subscriptions: cancellation and billing
5.1 Cancelling a subscription
If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel it at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by applicable law, cancellation does not retroactively refund amounts already paid for the current billing period.
5.2 Access after cancellation
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, you will generally retain subscription access until the end of your current paid billing period, after which access may be downgraded or terminated.
5.3 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend subscription access until payment is successfully completed or the subscription is canceled/expired.
6. When refunds may be granted
We may grant refunds in the following circumstances, to the extent required by law or at our reasonable discretion:
- Duplicate charge (e.g., you were charged twice for the same purchase).
- Non-delivery caused by us (e.g., the purchased content was never made available due to a verified technical fault on our side and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time).
- Defective digital content (e.g., the content is corrupted/unreadable or materially unusable due to our technical error). If feasible, we may first offer re-delivery or correction.
- Refund required by mandatory law (including applicable consumer protection rules).
7. When refunds are generally not provided
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, refunds are generally not provided in situations such as:
- You changed your mind after delivery began.
- You purchased by mistake (after delivery began).
- The product did not meet subjective expectations (e.g., “I don’t like the interpretation”).
- You did not read the product description or eligibility requirements.
- You are unable to use the product due to your device, browser, network, or email settings.
- You requested a goodwill refund without a legal basis.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and access to the Service to prevent fraud and abuse, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
