1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the rules for refunds, cancellations, and (where applicable) your statutory right of withdrawal for purchases made on https://astrooly.com (the “Service”), operated by Yarify s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This policy forms part of our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.

2. Important notice: digital content and services

Astrooly provides digital content (e.g., astrology reports, natal charts, and interpretations) and digital services (e.g., account access, subscriptions). Digital products are generally considered “delivered” once access is granted in your account and/or the content is generated, unlocked, or made available to you.

3. General rule (non-refundability after delivery)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, payments for digital content are non-refundable once delivery has started (for example, once a purchased report is generated, unlocked, downloaded, emailed, or otherwise made available in your account).

This rule exists because digital content cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods.

4. EU/EEA/UK consumer right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
